The invention discloses a method for adjusting and controlling all parameters of a water-
turbine generator set, which comprises the following step: based on the most advanced guide vane and blade double-regulation water-
turbine generator set (KAPLAN type) at present, carrying out optimal adjustment on three parameters of the water-
turbine generator set, namely, guide vane opening, blade opening and water-turbine rotating speed through an intelligently-optimized intelligent
algorithm model to realize highest efficiency or maximum output of the generator set and obtain an optimal
operating point. According to the method, the optimal solution of a feasible solution domain formed by all the adjustable parameters of the water-turbine generator set can be obtained to realize the target of highest efficiency or maximum output on a whole operation domain of the water-turbine generator set; and compared with the efficiency of the most advanced double-regulation generator set at present, the efficiency is improved by 3-10 percent, therefore, the method is a new breakthrough for realizing efficient and economic operation of a
hydropower station.
