The invention relates to an immunochromatographic assay system and a background identification method thereof. The immunochromatographic assay system comprises a master control unit, an optical measurement unit and a background acquisition unit; the master control unit comprises a master control CPU, and a driving circuit and a display module connected with the master control CPU; the optical measurement unit comprises an optical detection device, and a transmission device connected with the driving circuit; the background acquisition unit comprises a background signal input module connected with the optical detection device, a conditioning filtering module connected with the background signal input module, and a conditioning amplification module connected with the conditioning filtering module, wherein the conditioning amplification module is also connected with the master control CPU. According to the system and the method provided by the invention, detection range and precision of the immunochromatographic assay system are improved; meanwhile, influence caused by difference of physicochemical properties of a clinical sample under test is reduced greatly. The system and the method provided by the invention have high practicability, can be widely applied to the fields, such as medical bedside examination and food safety inspection, and effectively solve a defect of degradationof instrument performance of an immunochromatographic instrument caused by a background baseline problem.

Methods and Apparatuses for Central Venous Pressure Measurement Status

PendingUS20210145299A1Easy to manageAvoidance of fluid overloadDiagnostics using pressureEvaluation of blood vesselsVeinTransmural pressure
Method and systems are provided for reliable, convenient, self-administered, and cost-effective determination of central venous pressure. The noninvasive method and apparatus use changes in transmural pressure to create detectable changes in peripheral venous vascular volume for the determination of central venous pressure. Transmural pressure changes can be manifested by intravascular or extravascular pressure changes. The system is noninvasive and uses optical measurements of venous volume in the presence of transmural pressure changes. The relationship between the transmural pressure change and the change in vascular venous volume is combined with anatomical measurements to determine the central venous pressure of the subject. Central venous pressure can be used to determine hemodynamic status of the subject to include fluid overload in the heart failure patient.
