4 results about "Scroll compressor" patented technology

A scroll compressor (also called spiral compressor, scroll pump and scroll vacuum pump) is a device for compressing air or refrigerant. It is used in air conditioning equipment, as an automobile supercharger (where it is known as a scroll-type supercharger) and as a vacuum pump. Many residential central heat pump and air conditioning systems and a few automotive air conditioning systems employ a scroll compressor instead of the more traditional rotary, reciprocating, and wobble-plate compressors.

A scroll compressor is disclosed. A plurality of grooves (85) communicating with each other are formed on a sliding surface of a thrust bearing (53) subjected to the axial force received by a movable scroll (32). The areas surrounded by the plurality of the grooves (85) make up a plurality of insular pressure receiving portions (83) independent of each other. The pressure receiving portions (83) represent at least one half of the area of the sliding surface.

Horizontal enhanced vapor injection compressor with asymmetric extension angle scroll plate

The invention discloses a horizontal enhanced vapor injection compressor with an asymmetric extension angle scroll plate, and relates to the technical field of scroll compressors, in particular to a horizontal enhanced vapor injection scroll compressor. A scroll extension angle on a fixed scroll plate and a scroll extension angle of a movable scroll plate form an asymmetric structure; a compression cavity A1 is formed between the scroll inner side of the fixed scroll plate and the scroll outer side of the movable scroll plate; a compression cavity B1 is formed between the scroll inner side of the movable scroll plate and the scroll outer side of the fixed scroll plate; during the enhanced vapor injection communication gas supply period, gas mixing between the compression cavity A1 and the compression cavity B1 is avoided through an enhanced vapor injection communication hole; and in the enhanced vapor injection communication air supply period, air mixing between each of the compression cavity A1 and the compression cavity B1 and a pressure tapping hole is avoided. Only one part of the end face of the fixed scroll plate is provided with an enhanced vapor injection communication hole. The enhanced vapor injection communication hole must be formed in a specified S region. The S region is an intersection region of two movable scroll tooth crests when the movable scroll plate revolve for 0 degree and 180 degrees on the end surface of the fixed scroll plate. The enhanced vapor injection communication hole is formed in a manner of one or more round holes and groove-shaped holes.
