The impeller rotor mechanism is composed of an impeller formed by a plurality of blades and a rotor, strain foils used for measuring the dynamic stress of the blades are arranged on the blades, a detachable decreasing vibration mechanism is arranged at the leaf crowns of the blades, the decreasing vibration mechanism comprises decreasing vibration bolts positioned between the two leaf crowns of adjacent blades. One or more than one nozzle is evenly arranged on the circle at the rear side of the blades, the conductive slip ring is sleeved on the rotor, the impeller rotor mechanism is connected with the drive mechanism, the air supply mechanism is connected with the nozzle, and the conductive slip ring is connected with the signal testing system.
