The impeller rotor mechanism is composed of an impeller formed by a plurality of blades and a rotor, strain foils used for measuring the dynamic stress of the blades are arranged on the blades, a detachable decreasing vibration mechanism is arranged at the leaf crowns of the blades, the decreasing vibration mechanism comprises decreasing vibration bolts positioned between the two leaf crowns of adjacent blades. One or more than one nozzle is evenly arranged on the circle at the rear side of the blades, the conductive slip ring is sleeved on the rotor, the impeller rotor mechanism is connected with the drive mechanism, the air supply mechanism is connected with the nozzle, and the conductive slip ring is connected with the signal testing system. The invention is the decreasing vibration test system of the blading with the damping structure, and the test system has the advantages of simple and compact structure, low cost, wide application range, high degree of automation, and high testing precision.

Numerical control speed-regulating mini-type wind driven generator

The invention relates to a numerical control speed-regulating mini-type wind driven generator. The generator comprises a generator, a tail vane, a fan blade, a lamp post and a flange disc, wherein the fan blade is arranged at one end of the tail vane and a square hole is arranged at the other end of the tail vane. The generator further comprises a speed-regulating gear box and a collecting ring rotary could deck, wherein the speed-regulating gear box is arranged on the collecting ring rotary could deck; an output shaft of the speed-regulating gear box is a squared head which is adapted to the square hole on the tail vane; a shaft of the collecting ring rotary could deck is rigidly connected with the lamp post through the flange disc; the collecting ring rotary could deck is provided with a wind driven generator fixing shaft; and a dust-proof cover covers the collecting ring rotary could deck. The numerical control speed-regulating mini-type wind driven generator disclosed by the invention is scientific and simple in structure design, is reliable to work and low in cost. In the mini-type wind driven generator, the direction of a rotary plane of the fan blade can be adjusted according to the size of an air speed, so that the wind energy utilization rate is high, the power generation is stable and the protection against strong wind is easy to realize; and therefore, the service life of the wind driven generator is prolonged and the safety performance of a finished product is better.
