The method comprises the following steps of drawing a three-dimensional model, drawing a three-dimensional model of the microfluidic electrical detection chip by using three-dimensional drawing software, and converting the three-dimensional model into an STL file; generating a printing path: generating the printing path after the three-dimensional model is sliced according to the STL file; printing a chip model, printing a sacrificial male mold used for manufacturing a micro-channel structure on a substrate, printing electrode structures with the same height as the sacrificial male mold on two sides of the sacrificial male mold, and printing a sealing structure used for covering the sacrificial male mold and the electrode structures above the sacrificial male mold and the electrode structures; and curing and molding a printing mold to obtain the integrated microfluidic electrical detection chip. Integrated manufacturing of the microfluidic electrical detection chip with the micro-channel structure and the detection electrode structures can be realized, and popularization and application of a microfluidic electrical detection technology in the fields of clinical instant diagnosis and the like are promoted.
