plant long fibers and the primary mixture to obtain a final mixture; and (4) putting the final mixture into a hot-pressing mold, and heating and pressing to obtain the biodegradable tableware. According to the plant
fiber-based biodegradable tableware prepared by the invention, the three components, namely the long fibers, the short fibers and the
thermal adhesive, are uniformly dispersed, so that the problem that the bonding surface between the fibers is small can be solved, a synergistic enhancement effect is also achieved, the problem that the
mechanical property is degraded when the fibers are added is solved, and the cost of the raw materials is effectively reduced.
