The corrosion inhibitor is non-toxic and harmless, the overall etching speed can be increased, meanwhile, the local etching speed is decreased, lateral etching can be reduced as much as possible while it is guaranteed that etching is thorough in the process of overall etching, and the etching process can be operated stably and evenly.
