The invention discloses a processing method for preparing modified plastic rubber through utilizing waste plastic and waste rubber. The processing method is characterized by comprising the following technological steps: (1) selecting raw materials, namely by weight percent, respectively selecting 30-40% of waste rubber which is obtained by crushing waste styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) (synthetic rubber which is prepared by polymerizing styrene and butadiene emulsion), 15%-20% of wood meal and 55-60% of industrial waste sand as the raw materials, wherein each 100 kilograms of the raw materials contain 5 kilograms of waste oil and the industrial waste sand contains waste plastic, pulverized fuel ash and calcium carbonate; (2) crushing and grinding; (3) stirring and smelting; (4) melting and mixing; (5) forming; (6) classifying and packaging; (7) forming plate products. The processing method is reasonable and simple in technology, the technological process is greatly shortened, the production cost is lowered, and the yield is increased; the formed particles have smooth surfaces, so that dust production is reduced or eradicated in feeding and mixing processes during the production; the processing method satisfies the requirements of a production technology, is accurate in feeding amount and ratio, generates small deviation and ensures the product quality, and the yield of enterprises is effectively improved.

The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical engineering, and especially relates to a method for preparing fuel oil by taking waste lubricating oil as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: collecting waste lubricating oil as the raw material, distilling and collecting a fraction; mixing the fraction with water and a strong-acidic catalyst, and fully stirring and mixing the above three compositions to form a mixed solution; heating the mixed solution to 60-90 DEG C with stirring, and adjusting pH to 7 to obtain an oil-water mixture; after the oil-water mixture is stirred, standing to form an oil-water separation layer, distilling to obtain a fraction, performing hydrofinishing on the fraction, performing secondary distilling and collecting a fraction to obtain the fuel oil. By employing the method provided by the invention for preparing the fuel oil, multiple distilling is performed, and the reaction product is further subjected to deep hydrotreatment through catalytic hydrogenation, the prepared fuel oil is clarified and transparent, the disadvantages of landfill treatment of waste oil as a waste are solved, and the pollution to environment is reduced.
