Abstract

The invention discloses a cleaning fluid applied for automatic biochemical analyzers, comprising: at least one anion surface active agent, at least one nonionic surface active agent, an alkali metal hydroxide, an alkali metal citrate and a buffer agent for stabilizing pH value above 13.0. The cleaning fluid has low protein residual rate, low fatty material residual rate, good in-batch repeatability, low cross pollution and low reactant deposition rate in clinical application after cleaning. And the cleaning fluid will not affect the test result of biochemical analyzers, and has not corrosion on the liquid circuit system and reaction cup of analyzers. All components of the cleaning fluid can be degraded biologically, to avoid potential environment pollution and meet environment protection requirement.
