Abstract

The invention relates to a realizing method of an intelligent electric-block operating handle. The traditional electric-block operating handle has single function and only has the functions of rising/dropping, increasing speed/decreasing speed, and the like. The realizing method comprises the following steps of: firstly, initializing a microprocessor module, a CAN (Controller Area Network) communication module, a display module and a control module in the intelligent electric-block operating handle; then, obtaining user key information by scanning a keyboard by the control module and returning the user key information to the microprocessor module; finally, sending a data frame corresponding to a key value to a main electric-block controlling system by the microprocessor module according to the returned key value through the CAN communication module; and after the main electric-block controlling system receives the data fame, controlling an electric block according to data content. The realizing method adopts weak current, has safer operation and uses a CAN communication protocol, and a controller is used for controlling the electric block in a programmable mode so that a control process becomes intelligent.
