Abstract

The invention relates to a degradable starch composite size which mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of alpha-amylase plant starch, 45-55 parts of acetylated distarch phosphate, 10-40 parts of polyacrylic acid, 35-45 parts of stearic polyoxyethylene ester, 5-10 parts of PVA (polyvinyl acetate) size, 1-3 parts of wax slice and the like. By using the degradable starch composite size, the pollution of the original size on environment can be greatly reduced; the degradable starch composite size has good adhesive power and film forming ability, and a size film is flexible, wear-resisting and slippery, has high resilience, is easy to degrade and has good effects on fibers such as cotton, polyester, flax, viscose, silk and the like.
