Abstract

The invention discloses a breeding method of a new variety of sowing-period-tolerance-type high-yield wheat. The method comprises the following steps of: A1, widely collecting related germ plasm resources and evaluating the germ plasm resources, namely evaluating the growth and development conditions of the germ plasm resources and confirming whether the germ plasm resources can be sowed in advance and how early the germ plasm resources can be sowed; A, during the collecting and evaluating processes of the germ plasm resources, performing hybridization with the evaluated high-quality wheat strains as core parents to produce more diverse variation types which are good for selection; A 3, repeatedly evaluating and selecting the offsprings produced through hybridization combination in the last step for many years on an early sowing condition and stabilizing the offsprings; and A 4, carrying out line or strain comparison evaluation on selected strains so as to finally breed a variety (line) of sowing-period-tolerance-type high-yield wheat. According to the invention, the safe sowing period of wheat is advanced to a period between early October and late October from a period between late October and early November, the growth period of wheat is prolonged by 20-30 days, the yield per unit area of wheat is improved by 20-30%.
