Benefits of technology

In this patented technology, an algorithm called Simplex Analysis (SCA) helps calculate how well certain parts or regions are located within different networks by analyzing signals from specific interfaces like ACI. It then predicts which ones will exist next with regards to these simulations. By collecting representative samples for each region being tested at once, it becomes possible to make quicker and accurate updates about any changes made throughout their entirety during the course of operation without relying solely upon previous values. Overall, SCA improves efficiency and accuracy over traditional methods used for testing purposes.

Problems solved by technology

Technics: Mobile communications have developed over recent years that allow for better understanding of how people use their phones during conversings compared to previous generations. While some technical problem addressed earlier relates to improving wireless data service performance while reducing negative effects caused by poorly located analogue devices (such as those used within car radios) due to environmental factors such as radioactive materials near them. Existing methods either require manual input or rely heavily upon simulations based on predefined parameters rather than optimizing the mobile device itself.

[0023] Step S11: collect the signaling of the A interface, generate a call detail record through the server, and add it to the signaling database;

[0024] The A interface is defined as the communication interface between the Network Subsystem (NSS) and the Base Station Subsystem (BSS). In terms of the system, it is the interface between the mobile switching center (MSC) and the base station controller (BSC). The information transmitted by this interface includes mobile station management, base station management, mobility management, connection management, etc.

Abstract

The invention discloses a location method of a simulation base station based on an A interface signal, which belongs to the field of mobile communication. The method comprises steps of firstly collecting the A interface signal in a Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) network, generating a calling detail record (CDR), adding the CDR to a signal database, performing an association analysis to information in the signal database, and obtaining a statistic analysis result; then unscrambling location area codes of the simulation base station in accordance with the statistic analysis result and obtaining lists of normal cells near the simulation base station; and finally locating a geographical position and distribution of the simulation base station according to the lists of normal cells near the simulation base station. According to relative signal data information in updating of positions of mobile communication users, the method evaluates the problems of the simulation base station in the mobile communication effectively in real time, cannot be affected by regions and other factors, enables operators to know mobile communication network conditions in time, and arranges reasonably people to perform network optimization.
