Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing glue used for a bra, which is characterized in that the glue comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-25% of thermoplastic elastomer SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene), 20-50% of rubber softening oil, 10-20% of tackifier, 15-30% of polyisobutene and 0.1-0.4% of antioxidant or freshener. When the glue is manufactured, the method comprises the following steps of: adding the thermoplastic elastomer, the rubber softening oil and the polyisobutene into a stainless steel reaction kettle at a ratio; slowly heating to 110-160DEG C; continuously stirring to evenly fuse the materials; after the fused materials are stabilized for 5-20 minutes, adding the tackifier and stirring constantly for 20-40 minutes; after all materials are evenly fused, adding the residual materials and stirring for 20 minutes; and finally, extruding and cooling to obtain the required glue used for the bra. The chosen raw materials are all environmentally-friendly raw materials. The produced glue for the bra has the advantages of no toxin if being contacted with skin, relatively small peeling strength, relatively small hardness, good yellowing resistance, good comfort and the like, is easy to wear and is environmentally friendly.
