Abstract

The invention discloses a universal coaptation nail which is characterized in that the universal coaptation nail comprises a nail body; screw threads are formed on the surface of the nail body; a connecting post is arranged at the upper end of the nail body, and a pointed end is arranged at the lower end of the nail body; and a universal rotary device is arranged at the upper part of the connecting post. The nail body is made of plastic through which X-rays can penetrate. The pointed end is made of titanium alloy. The universal coaptation nail with a smart structure can rotate in any direction, can steer conveniently, and can achieve fixation safely and reliably; three or more than three coaptation nails are enabled to be in the same line; and meanwhile, the nail body of the coaptation nail is made of the material, and the X rays can penetrate through the material, so that better observation can be achieved during the examining process, and the accuracy of the examination can be ensured.
