Abstract

The invention provides a flotation agent, a flotation method and a flotation system for the limonite and can improve taste degrees of floated iron ore concentrate. The method includes crushing the limonite; screening the crushed ore pulp in classification; floating screened flotation pulp with ore particle sizes meeting preset requirements, adding the flotation agent prepared in advance in a flotation process and obtaining the iron ore concentrate through flotation; and each ton of the limonite which is added to the flotation agent comprises, by weight, 2 grams to 5 grams of caustic soda, 10 grams to 15 grams of starch, 500 grams to 700 grams of oleic acids and 2 grams to 5 grams of dispersing agents. The flotation system comprises a crushing device, a classification device and a flotation device.
