Abstract

The checkerboard tweed comprises mercerized wool units and pure wool suede units, which are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal and transverse directions to form a checkerboard and are respectively of a dual-layer structure, the mercerized wool units are sewed with the adjacent pure wool suede units through cotton threads, and suede surfaces are arranged on the surfaces of the pure wool suede units. The checkerboard tweed comprises the mercerized wool units and the pure wool suede units which are respectively of the dual-layer structure, so that the checkerboard tweed has a good heat retention property; by virtue of the checkerboard form, the firmness of the checkerboard tweed is high; the checkerboard tweed has comfortable hand feel and a special style.
