Abstract

The invention relates to a hybridoma cell strain secreting an anti-maize chlorotic dwarf virus (MCDV) monoclonal antibody. The hybridoma cell strain is collected in China Center for Type Culture Collection with the collection name of hybridoma cell MCDV and the collection number of CCTCC NO: C201486. The hybridoma cell strain provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that, 1) the provided hybridoma cell strain secretes the anti-maize chlorotic dwarf virus specific monoclonal antibody, TAS (three antibodies sandwich)-ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) and dot-ELISA and other immunological methods established by taking the monoclonal antibody as the core and kits established by using the methods can detect maize chlorotic dwarf virus with high specificity, accuracy and sensitivity; 2) by using the monoclonal antibody prepared according to the invention to detect the maize chlorotic dwarf virus, expensive instruments and reagents are not required; and 3) the monoclonal antibody prepared according to the invention can be effectively used for detecting the maize chlorotic dwarf virus in imported corn and other maize chlorotic dwarf virus hosts.
