AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows two computers connected through an interface called CPI (Compact Peripheral Interface) or USB port to work together efficiently without any mistakes happening at all times. By doing this it improves upon existing systems by allowing more computationally intensive calculations to run simultaneously instead of just one CPU's time. Overall, these technical improvements make better quality images captured from different spectral ranges possible.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes how to efficiently analyze large amounts of digital imagery (images) collected through different types of sensor systems such as satellite-based radar, airborne lidars, sonic acoustic waves, ultrasonics, lightning observation satellites, and geothermal observations. It addresses this problem because existing methods require significant computational resources due to their limited ability to handle multi taskings and lack flexibility towards expandability.

Embodiment Construction

[0014] refer to figure 1 . The hyperspectral image target detection system based on two-machine communication of the present invention includes a data acquisition unit U, a data transmission unit and a data processing unit.

[0015] The data acquisition unit consists of a push-broom imaging hyperspectrometer and an acquisition control module. Among them, the push-broom imaging hyperspectrometer is connected to it through the I / O interface on the main control processor. The acquisition control module works on the main control processor, and can control the push-broom imaging spectrometer to collect data at the input angle, exposure time, push-broom speed and acquisition band number. The collected data is stored in the storage medium of the main control processor in the standard format of hyperspectral image data by the collection control module. By configuring the imaging spectrometer at the front end of the system, the target detection system can be equipped with the functi

Abstract

The invention discloses a hyper-spectral image target detection system based on dual-computer communication, so as to solve the technical problem that the prior hyper-spectral image target detection system is poor in practicality. According to the technical scheme, the system comprises a data acquisition unit, a data transmission unit and a data processing unit, wherein the data acquisition unit realizes hyper-spectral image data acquisition; the data transmission unit can ensure the data not to be wrong in the transmission process; and the data processing unit finishes hyper-spectral image target detection and displays the result. Compared with the traditional hyper-spectral image target detection system based on a single computer, the hyper-spectral image target detection system based on dual-computer communication makes use of a CPCI bus of a backplane of an industrial control computer chassis for realizing data communication between a main control processor and an assisting processor; the detection processing task with huge computing amount is shifted to be executed by the assisting processor, multiple tasks in the case of hyper-spectral image target detection can be handled, and extendibility is good.
