Abstract

The invention discloses a rope scouring process based on slack processing. The rope scouring process is characterized by comprising the following steps: S01. rolling alkali for the first time; S02. steaming for the first time; S03. rolling alkali for the second time; S04. steaming for the second time; and S05. washing. Preferably, rolling alkali liquor comprises caustic soda, sodium hydrogen sulfite, trisodium phosphate and a surfactant; preferably, the alkali liquor temperature is 75-78 DEG C; and the steaming temperature is 100-105 DEG C. The rope scouring process has the beneficial effects that by adopting the five steps, the effects on appearance improvement of fabric and improvement of the hygroscopicity of the fabric are better compared with the method adopting traditional three steps.
