Abstract

The invention discloses a cell complex used for periodontal tissue repairing, and applications thereof. The cell complex comprises 0.5*10<4> to 5*10<4>/ml human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells and 0.5*10<4> to 5*10<4>/ml periodontal ligament mesenchymal stem cells. The cell complex can be used for preparing drugs used for periodontal tissue repairing. The cell complex composed of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells and periodontal ligament mesenchymal stem cells is capable of inhibiting expression of inflammatory factors obviously, and possesses obvious effects on periodontal tissue repairing.
