Abstract

The invention provides a photovoltaic anti-reflection diode. The photovoltaic anti-reflection diode is characterized by comprising a package body, an anode connector and a cathode connector, wherein the package body comprises a shell and at least two diode chips; the at least two diode chips are arranged in the shell; anodes of the diode chips are connected into a whole through a connecting bridge; the connecting bridge is provided with an anode terminal; the anode terminal is arranged at the upper part of the connecting bridge; elastic connection of the anode terminal and the connecting bridge is achieved through an elastic bending part; the anode connector is led out from the side surface of the package body and is connected to the anode terminal; the cathodes of the diode chips form independent cathode terminals respectively; the cathode connector is led out from the side surface of the package body; the cathode connector is connected to the cathode terminals; fastening components which are fastened to and fixedly connected with a photovoltaic combiner box and a photovoltaic module are arranged at the end parts of the anode connector and the cathode connector; and a radiating base is fixedly arranged at the bottom part of the shell.
