Benefits of technology

This patented technology can be used for creating fabrics that resist against harmful ultraviolets (UV) rays or other forms of radiation damage from sunlight without losing their ability to block out UV light effectively. It's designed specifically for use on clothes made by people who wear them during long periods at high altitudes where they may have exposure to solar particles.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented text relates how to create multi-functional fibers that can resist ultra violet light damage while also having an antimicrobial property on their surface.

Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-ultraviolet anti-fouling anti-radiation fabric which comprises a fabric body (1) made of cotton. A longitudinal hollowed-out jacquard layer (2) is arranged on the upper surface of the fabric body (1) and internally provided with first strip-shaped hollowed-out parts (2.1) and second strip-shaped hollowed-out parts (2.2) at intervals in a staggered mode. Concave-convex stripes are formed on the upper surfaces of the first strip-shaped hollowed-out parts (2.1) and the upper surfaces of the second strip-shaped hollowed-out parts (2.2). The first strip-shaped hollowed-out parts (2.1) are internally provided with anti-radiation strips (3), and the second strip-shaped hollowed-out parts (2.2) are filled with longitudinal antibacterial fiber (4). An antistatic layer (5), a fireproof layer (6) and a waterproof layer (7) are sequentially downwards arranged on the lower surface of the fabric body (1). The anti-ultraviolet anti-fouling anti-radiation fabric gives a stereoscopic impression and has functions of resisting bacteria, radiation, fire, water and static electricity and other functions.
