Example Embodiment

[0014] Example 1

[0015] Take a plastic container 1 with a clean inner wall, and directly pour the molten propolis 2 into the container. After the propolis is cooled, the propolis and the inner wall of the container are bonded together. The propolis is not easy to take out. figure 1 Shown.

Example Embodiment

[0016] Example 2

[0017] Take a plastic container 1 with a clean inner wall, first spray vinegar on the inner wall of the container with a sprayer, and pour the molten propolis into the container, as long as the vinegar does not flow down. After the propolis 2 cools, the adhesion between the propolis and the inner wall of the container is significantly reduced. figure 2 As shown, 3 is the vinegar layer in the figure.

Example Embodiment

[0018] Example 3

[0019] Take a plastic container 1 with a clean inner wall, first spray vinegar on the inner wall of the container with a sprayer. After drying, spray the molten sodium carbonate onto the outer vinegar layer on the inner wall of the container with a sprayer to form the first sodium carbonate powder layer. After drying, pour the molten propolis into the container. After the propolis cools down, the adhesion between the propolis and the inner wall of the container is significantly reduced, such as image 3 As shown, 3 is the vinegar layer and 4 is the first sodium carbonate layer.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of propolis packaging and discloses a barreling method of propolis. The propolis in a molten state is packaged by an open plastic vessel or stainless steel vessel. The barreling method is characterized in that a vinegar layer is arranged on the inner wall of the vessel; a first sodium carbonate powder layer is also arranged outside the vinegar layer and is obtained by spraying sodium carbonate powder outside the vinegar layer; and a second sodium carbonate powder layer is arranged between the vinegar layer and the inner wall of the vessel and is obtained by spraying the sodium carbonate powder onto the inner wall of the vessel and drying the sodium carbonate powder. The barreling method of the propolis has the advantages of reducing adhesion of the propolis and the vessel, convenience in removing out the propolis and lowering the packaging cost. The first and second sodium carbonate powder layers have the advantage of better adhesion prevention effect.
