The preparation method is advanced and rapid in process and accurate and full in data, a product is black powder, the particle diameter of the powder is less than or equal to 200 nanometers, the product purity reaches 99.3%, the specific capacitance index is 114F/g, the preparation method is an advanced method for rapid preparation of the manganese oxide/carbon sphere composite material, and the material can be used for a 3D printing technology.
