The warm-keeping, sweat-absorbing, soft, waterproof and antibacterial flexible fabric comprises a lining layer, a waterproof layer and a surface layer; air vents are formed in the waterproof layer; a waterproof and breathable membrane is arranged between the waterproof layer and the surface layer; an antibacterial layer is arranged between the waterproof and breathable membrane and the surface layer; the antibacterial layer comprises two side structures including an inner layer and an outer layer, and cavities are formed between the inner layer and the outer layer; the cavities are internally filled with bamboo charcoal fiber grains.
