Abstract

The invention discloses black corundum composite sand cloth. The black corundum composite sand cloth comprises base cloth. A bottom adhesive layer is arranged on the upper surface of the base cloth. A frosted layer is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom adhesive layer. The frosted layer is black corundum or a mixture of black corundum and brown fused alumina. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a preparation method of the sand cloth. The preparation method of the sand cloth is simple. The black corundum or the mixture of the black corundum and the brown fused alumina serves as the frosted layer. Raw materials are fine, cheap, low in carbon emission, easy to obtain and low in use cost and labor cost. The black corundum composite sand cloth is particularly applicable to grinding and polishing of workpieces which are high in toughness and ductility and difficult to grind; the black corundum composite sand cloth can meet the market demand and has better physical performance; the black corundum can be fully utilized; cost is saved; resource waste is avoided to the greatest extent; the environment is protected; and the black corundum composite sand cloth is suitable for being applied and popularized on a large scale.
