The invention discloses a resurrection factor purification and extraction process for improving injection-type autologous fat survival rate. The process includes the steps: (a) collecting whole blood samples; (b) separating the whole blood samples; (c) fermenting the whole blood samples; (d) freezing fermentative supernatant liquid; (e) enabling whole blood sample cells to resuscitate; (f) performing purification and extraction for resurrection factors: adding liquid after standing into a centrifuging tube, performing secondary centrifugation for the liquid in a centrifugal machine, standing in the constant temperature environments after centrifugation, removing blood plasma on the upper layer of the centrifuging tube, adding new blood samples, and enabling sediment blood platelets to re-suspend to obtain the resurrection factors. According to the process, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) of autologous fat injection can be effectively extracted, extracting efficiency of the PRP from the cells is greatly improved, activities after autologous fat injection can be ensured, autologous fat injection operations are safer and more reliable, and the process is worthy of popularization.
