A multi-chip electronics module is provided which utilizes benzocyclobutene as a laminate adhesive for bonding the upper dielectric films in a high density interconnect structure. The benzocyclobutene thermosetting polymer is spin coated on a polyimide film, and baked at low temperature to remove any solvent to leave a B-staged coating on the polyimide film. The composite film can be laminated to an underlying electrical structure using a vacuum laminator and heat. As the heat is applied, the BCB layer softens, flows and then cures to bond the polyimide film to the underlying electrical structure.

The edge of a construction element, such as a sandwich panel having a core and two outer layers, is closed such that forces acting on the construction element are directed to the outer layers and generally not through the panel core. A portion of the core may be removed to define a cavity within the construction element. A bonding material closes the edge by filling the cavity and forming a new edge that is substantially coplanar to the edges of the outer layers. The edge also can be closed by inserting the edge into a U-profile bracket and connecting the outer layers of the panel to side walls of the U-profile bracket.

Ratchet Platform

A height adjustable platform and method include a ratchet platform. In an embodiment, the ratchet platform is height adjustable and includes a platform upper assembly having a platform and a ratchet. The ratchet includes a platform riser tube and a ratchet rail secured to the platform riser tube. The ratchet platform further includes a platform lower assembly having a support column and a platform base. The support column is secured to the platform base. An end of the ratchet is proximate the platform and an opposing end of the ratchet is disposed within an interior of the support column. The platform base is adapted to be secured within a vehicle. The ratchet platform also includes a platform upper assembly actuator having a pedal sub assembly and an upper linkage. The upper linkage is attached to the pedal sub assembly. Actuation of the pedal sub assembly actuates the upper linkage. In addition, actuation of the upper linkage actuates the ratchet to adjust the height of the ratchet platform.

A manufacturing method of an insole is characterized in that: the method comprising the following steps: selecting and preparing raw material, spraying a parting agent on the inner surface of an upper die body (21), padding insole surface cloth (12) on the inner surface of a lower die body (22), then closing a die (2), vacuumizing the die through an extractor vent (23) to cause the insole surface cloth (12) to be smoothly and firmly attached to the inner surface of the lower die body (22); blending a component a and a component b, injecting the mixture into the die (2) from a die sprue (24) and staying for 2-30 minutes; taking out the insole (1) with rough edges which combines the insole surface cloth (12) and polyurethane; deburring to obtain the finished product. The manufacturing method of the invention has the advantages that: the polyurethane surface at the reverse side of the insole is a non-membrane surface, when in use, the insole can be attached to the sole surface, thus solving the problem of easy sliding of the insole due to the change of an exerting point of the sole when people walk. In addition, when people stamp on the insole, a soft cushion structure of the insole produced by the method can lead to better shakeproof effect, causes people to feel soft and comfortable, and has the advantages of good intensity and convenient manufacturing.
