Abstract

The invention relates to the field of waste plastic recovery equipment, in particular to a cleaning machine and a method. A feeding port is formed in one end of a machine body; a discharging port is formed in the other end of the machine body; a cleaning tank is arranged in the machine body; a plurality of turning covers movably connected with the machine body are arranged above the cleaning tank; a water outlet is formed in the cleaning tank; a plurality of supporting frames arranged at equal distances are arranged in the cleaning tank and are fixedly connected onto the machine body; a filter net is mounted on the supporting frames; a cleaning mechanism is further arranged on the machine body and comprises a water channel, a rotating shaft and a rotating shaft drive for controlling the rotating shaft to rotate; a plurality of spray heads arranged at equal distances are arranged on the water channel; and a plurality of stirring blades which are fixed perpendicularly and arranged into multiple rows are arranged on the rotating shaft and surround a shaft body clockwise from the feeding port to the discharging port. The machine is scientific in design and compact in structure and occupies the smaller area when compared with a traditional cleaning system; during work, the cleaning effect is good, the cleaning process is short, the efficiency is higher, meanwhile, the cleaning water consumption is reduced, and resources are protected.
