Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of demulsification and dehydration of dirty oil and particularly relates to application of silica gel-supported long-chain alkyl rhamoside in demulsification and dehydration of the dirty oil. A silica gel-supported alkyl polyglucoside demulsifier disclosed by the invention is characterized in that alkyl polyglucoside has the following structure (the formula is shown in the description). A preparation method of the silica gel-supported alkyl polyglucoside demulsifier comprises the following steps: adding silica gel with 300 to 400 meshes and the alkyl polyglucoside into a mixed solvent of diethyl ether and methanol at a volume ratio of 1 to 1; stirring at normal temperature for 0.5 to 1 hour, and evaporating by a rotary evaporator to remove the solvent; heating the remaining mixture to 100 to 105 DEG C under a vacuum condition, and keeping vacuum heating for 24 to 36 hours to obtain tawny powder, namely the silica gel-supported alkyl polyglucoside demulsifier, wherein the use amounts of the mixed solvent, the silica gel and the alkyl polyglucoside are 1 g of the silica gel and 3 mmol of the alkyl polyglucoside respectively in every 10 ml of the mixed solvent.
