Abstract

The invention provides a microwave RF receiver, and relates to the field of microwave RF technologies. The receiver comprises a receiving antenna, a microwave amplification circuit, an inverse spinning Hall heterostructure demodulating device, an electric-control electromagnet, a microvolt voltage amplification circuit and a sampling circuit; the microwave amplification circuit carries out gain amplification on electromagnetic wave signals in the RF microwave frequency range; the electric-control electromagnet is arranged in a controllable current control circuit and provides a bias magnetic field; the inverse spinning Hall heterostructure demodulating device implements magnetic-field frequency selection by utilizing the bias magnetic field provided by the electric-control electromagnet and processes microwave signals output by the microwave amplification circuit; the microvolt voltage amplification circuit carries out signal amplification on a voltage generated by the inverse spinning Hall heterostructure demodulating device; and the sampling circuit samples voltage signals output by the microvolt voltage amplification circuit. The microwave RF receiver is simple in structure and smaller in sizes, has no problem of image frequency interference, and can realize rapid broadband scanning.
