Abstract

The invention provides a rotating powder spraying device used for modifying of steel ladle slag and a modifying method. The rotating powder spraying device comprises a lifting unit, an anti-splashing unit, a feeding system, a spraying and blowing system, a rotating unit and a powder spraying gun. The powder spraying gun is an inverted-T-shaped hollow tube. The rotating unit comprises a rotating connector and a motor. The whole rotating connector is of a three-way structure. An inner bearing of the rotating connector is connected with the upper end of a hollow shaft in the motor. The rotating connector in the horizontal direction communicates with a pipeline. The lower end of the hollow shaft is connected with the upper end of the powder spraying gun through a flange. The anti-splashing unit is a big-end-down cylinder. The rotating unit is located in the anti-splashing unit, and the pipeline penetrates through the anti-splashing unit to communicate with the feeding system and the spraying and blowing system through metal hoses correspondingly. The anti-splashing unit is connected with the lifting unit. Flux in the feeding system and carrier gas in the spraying and blowing system are blown into the powder spraying gun through the rotating unit, so that powder is sprayed in a rotating mode. The powder is more uniformly laid between the surface of molten steel and the steel ladle slag through rotating spraying and blowing, and pollution of the steel ladle slag to the molten steel is completely avoided.
