Rice steaming device and method

The invention provides a rice steaming device and a rice steaming method. The rice steaming device comprises a rice steaming tank, a stirring tank and a vibration type conveying belt, wherein the rice steaming tank is horizontally arranged at a rice steaming tank bracket and is close to the stirring tank; a stirring packing auger is arranged in the stirring tank; a blade of the stirring packing auger is spiral stirring paddle; a cooked rice outlet is formed in a stirring tank base plate below one end of the stirring paddle; the vibration type conveying belt is located below the cooked rice outlet; a sieve is arranged on the vibration type conveying belt; steam in a steam cavity of the rice steaming tank enters a raw material rice accommodating cavity to steam the rice into cooked rice; the rice steam tank is turned towards the stirring tank to pour the cooked rice into the stirring tank, the cooked rice is stirred by virtue of the stirring packing auger, rice blocks are scattered, the stirred cooked rice is pushed to the cooked rice outlet and falls to the conveying belt, broken rice grains are sieved by virtue of the vibration of the vibration type conveying belt when the cooked rice is conveyed, and the tail end of the conveying belt is communicated with a cooked rice storage device. According to the rice steaming device, rice can be steamed into cooked rice with relatively high dispersity.
