Abstract

The invention discloses a method and apparatus for capturing malicious refund users, and belongs to the technical field of internet. The method includes the following steps: acquiring a user's current purchase information which includes at least one item of a first user identifier, a second user identifier, time of a current purchase, a virtual object identifier of the virtual object of the current purchase, a terminal identifier of the terminal which is currently used by the user, and current position information of the terminal, wherein the first user identifier is intended for marking the user's user account in a commodity server and the second user identifier is intended for marking the user's user account in a third party server; and based on the current purchase information, determining whether the user maliciously applies for the refund. According to the invention, a malicious refund determination server can proactively analyze whether the user maliciously applies for the refund, so that the user who maliciously applies for the refund can be actively captured in an in-time manner, and the efficiency with which capturing is handled is increased.
