The SNP marker has a site which is the 133470903rd nucleotide site on a 13th chromosome of an international pig reference genome 11.1 edition, and the site has an alkali group of T or G. Dominant alleles of the SNP are preferred, hypertrophy of a large white pig nail is reduced, a genetic progress is accelerated,and the economic benefits of pig breeding are effectively increased.
