The invention provides a combined spicebush leaf-based drink and a production method thereof and belongs to the technical field of drinks. The method includes the following steps: (1) extracting the primary liquid of the drink: performing reflux extraction twice on combined spicebush leaves, performing reflux extraction on the mixture of cassia seeds, fructus cannabis and bunge cherry seeds, performing reflux extraction on ginseng roots, performing reflux extraction on red yeast rice, mixing all the extraction liquid and performing vacuum concentration so as to obtain concentrate; (2) performing microencapsulation: adding an embedding medium into the concentrate and performing homogenization with a homogeneous pump under the pressure of 20Mpa to 40Mpa so as to obtain homogenate; and (3) performing flavoring: adding 0.025wt% of sucralose into the homogenate, performing uniform stirring, performing sterilization and performing packaging so as to obtain the combined spicebush leaf-based functional drink. According to the invention, the microencapsulation is realized; and relatively large-particle emulsified liquid or suspension liquid is changed to very small-particle emulsified liquid or suspension liquid which achieves nanoscale, so that the taste is delicate and easily accepted by consumers.
