Benefits of technology

This patented design allows for better mixing by creating an up-and-down spiral pattern that flows through different parts of it. It also has large blades on top which help distribute load evenly over multiple bearings while reducing damage from excessive force or torque applied during operation.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes an example where two different substances can mix together when they're being treated by heating them up inside a special device that helps speed down their process. To achieve good mixing results, there needs to have enough turbility within the material beforehand while still allowing some movement between these materials during processing. Additionally, current methods require expensive motors and consume too much power because they use horizontal axis motion rather than circular movements instead of linear ones.

Embodiment Construction

[0013] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described in detail below.

[0014] Such as figure 1 As shown, a reaction kettle of the present invention includes a hollow kettle body 10, the middle part of which is cylindrical, and the upper and lower ends are hemispherical or approximately hemispherical.

[0015] A motor 12 is arranged on the kettle body 10, and a rotating shaft 14 that extends into the kettle body 10 and is driven by the motor 12 rotates. The kettle body 10 is provided with a material inlet and a material outlet, a manhole 24 and an observation window for maintenance. A coiled pipe 22 is arranged on the outer wall of the kettle body 10, and the coiled pipe 22 communicates with the cooling water system.

[0016] The rotating shaft 14 is provided with two propellers 16 with opposite propulsion directions, wherein the diameter of the upper propeller 16 is slightly larger than the diameter of the lower propeller 16, which is slightly larger t

Abstract

The invention discloses a reaction kettle which comprises a kettle body hollow inside and perpendicular to the floor, a motor arranged on the kettle body, and a revolving shaft extending into the kettle body and driven to rotate by the motor. The revolving shaft is perpendicular to the floor and provided with two propellers; the kettle body is provided with a material inlet and a material outlet. The two propellers have opposite propelling directions, the diameter of vane diameter of the propeller arranged above is greater than that of the propeller arranged below. The two opposite propeller structures form an upper-and-lower double-layer circulating vortex structure, collision is generated in the middle of the kettle body, and thus full mixing is achieved. Besides, the propeller above hasbig vanes, which can provide higher thrust to balance dead weight of the revolving shaft so as to reduce abrasion loss of bearings.
