Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes an image processing device; a server; and an operation display shared by the image processing device and the server. When the operation display unit displays an image of a side of one device and in a condition that state change occurs to the other device, the whole image in display does not need to switch to an image of a side of the other device and auser can master the condition of the other device. The information processing device is provided with the image processing device, the server and the operation display unit shared by the two devices and connection between the operation display unit and different drawing control units is controlled. The display image of one device displayed on the operation display unit contains at least one specific area used for indicating the state information of the state of the other device. When the drawing control unit of one device is connected with the operation display unit, display data indicative ofthe state information is acquired from the other device and the state information is displayed in the specific area.
