Abstract

The invention discloses a method for studying reliability of a power communication network based on a node importance degree and a link importance degree, comprising the steps of: building a node importance degree evaluation system and a link importance degree evaluation system of a power system layer, as well as a node importance degree evaluation system and a link importance degree evaluation system of a communication system layer; adopting a TOPSIS algorithm to evaluate a node importance degree and a link importance degree of the power system layer, as well as a node importance degree and alink importance degree of the communication system layer; calculating a node importance degree value and a link importance degree value of the power communication network by adopting a concept of power grid association degree; and evaluating a reliability measure of the power communication network according to the importance degree values. The method of the invention has the beneficial effects that: industrial characteristics of the power communication network are taken into full consideration, not only a network topology structure is considered, but also various power communication related indexes are synthesized, thus scientific and flexible evaluation can be achieved; and the method also solves the problem that the power communication network is different from a public communication network and has different requirements on network characteristics, thus research results of a conventional public communication network are not completely applicable to the power communication network.
