Abstract

The present invention discloses an ancient-method flower cake and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the ancient-method flower cake comprises the following steps: (1) preparing awater-oil wrapper; (2) preparing an oil core; (3) preparing a wrapper material; (4) preparing flower stuffing; and (5) preparing the flower cake. According to the ancient-method flower cake and the preparation method thereof, fresh rose flowers are adopted, the nutrient substances of the rose flowers are better reserved after pretreatment, no food additive is added in the preparation process, andthe preparation method is simple.
