Abstract

The invention discloses an air conditioner panel pattern cutting method. The air conditioner panel pattern cutting method comprises the following steps that S1, a cutter head starts moving and cuttingfrom a cutting starting point along a preset cutting line to the upper surface of the air conditioner panel, the cutter head is enabled to cut to reach a first height, and the position of the cutterhead is determined as a first position; S2, the cutter head continues to move upwards at a second height from the first position along the extension line of the cutting line; S3, the cutter head is horizontally moved to a second position, an included angle between a connecting line between the second position and the first position and the horizontal plane is enabled to be equal to an included angle between the cutting line and the horizontal plane; S4, the cutter head moves downwards along the extension line of the connecting line between the second position and the first position to cut theair conditioner panel until the position of the cutter head is consistent with the horizontal height of the cutting starting point; and S5, the current position of the cutter head is determined as a cutting starting point, and step 1 to step 5 is repeated by the preset times. The air conditioner panel pattern cutting method has the beneficial effects that (1) rhombus sharp corners can be engravedon the air conditioner panel; and (2) the machined surface quality is improved, and the phenomenon of corner collapse is reduced.
