AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology describes an improved apparatus used during cook-to-aster carts (CBSCs) or other types of fastening devices such as clamps). It allows for efficient use of space while also providing precise control over how much material needs to be removed when needed without having to manually remove each piece individually. Additionally, this design prevents blockages caused by hardened materials like grease pads inside the CBSC' s drive system due to its high speed movement. Overall, these technical features improve the functionality and usability of existing systems.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed by this patented technology relates to improving the precision and reliability of detecting dangerous or potentially hazardous chemical compounds present during processed food products like sausages due to their high sensitivity towards these molecules. Current methods require manually dividing larger samples before analysis results may become incorrect because they were mistakenly divided too much. This method also poses challenges with safe handling and injury-free operation when trying to analyze smaller sample sizes that could lead to unsafe exposure levels.

Abstract

The invention discloses a slitting device for continuous solid food detection. The slitting device comprises a frame. A supporting plate is fixed to the upper end of the frame. A servo motor is fixedto one side of the supporting plate. A first belt wheel is fixed to an output shaft of the servo motor. A first belt is in transmission connection with a second belt wheel. The second belt wheel is fixed to the end of a driving roller. The driving roller is in transmission connection with a driven roller through a material conveying belt. A supporting frame is fixed to one end of the supporting plate. A mounting box is fixed to the upper end of the supporting frame. A material pressing mechanism is arranged between the mounting box and the supporting frame. An air cylinder is fixed to the middle of one end of the supporting frame. A first blade is fixed to the end portion of a piston rod of the air cylinder. A second blade matched with the first blade is fixed to the supporting frame. By means of the structure of the slitting device for continuous solid food detection, the continuous automatic slitting of solid food is realized, the working efficiency is high, the operation is simple, the slitting size is consistent, and the safety is high.
