Abstract

The invention discloses a quick-dismounted crushing device for high-purity fused quartz production. The device comprises a device main body; a top cover is arranged on the upper end surface of the device main body; a base is arranged on the lower end surface of the device main body; damping mechanisms and universal wheels are arranged at four angles of the lower end surface of the base; the universal wheels are positioned on one sides of the damping mechanisms; the damping mechanisms comprise outer slide cylinders and inner slide columns; the upper ends of the inner slide columns are embeddedin the outer slide cylinders; through design of the universal wheels, the crushing device can move to achieve carrying and transfer; through design of the damping mechanisms, the damping of the crushing device is realized without influencing movement; through rotation of a screw rod, the crushing device can be shifted or fixed and damped, so that the operation is simple, the use is convenient, andboth manpower and material resources needed by installation and carrying are saved; through design of a charging groove and a lifting rod, the charging is convenient; and through arrangement of a fixed block and an U-shaped block, the quick installation or disassembly of the charging groove is realized by using clamping between the fixed block and the U-shaped block.
