Abstract

The invention discloses a novel material and a method for relieving heavy metal stress of crambe. The material and the method are characterized in that the novel material is sulfur nanoparticles (SNPs), and the method includes adding a suspension of the sulfur nanoparticles into a medium containing heavy metals for planting crambe, wherein the SNPs concentration is 50-300mg/L, the suspension is that the sulfur nanoparticles are added into sterile water and ultrasonically dispersed for 40-60 minutes in a sterile environment, the particle diameter of the sulfur nanoparticles is 30-50nm, and thepurity is 99.99%. The method can effectively relieve the toxicity of heavy metals to the crambe and obviously promote the growth of the crambe under the stress treatment of As(V), Hg2+ and Pb2+.
