The method comprises steps as follows: step one, soil identification; step two, tea garden management;step three, variety breeding; step four, spaced seed scattering; step five, late cultivation and protection. Soil is black sandy soil developed by plate shale through weathering; and low-lying land deposited with humus soil in sunny mountainside or mountain foot with lush vegetation at altitude of 600-800 m and places with concentrated and illimitable land, deep and fertile soil layer, good surrounding vegetation, mild climate, moderate slope and convenient transportation are selected. According to the management method for the scattered tea garden in the small producing area, a real naturalorganic tea garden can be constructed, and tea trees have vigorous productivity and glossy, fresh, tender and juicy leaves; the tea leaves contain sufficient nutrients, and have quite high content ofeffective ingredients such as tea polyphenol, catechin and amino acid of inclusion; dry tea has excellent quality, lasting and elegant aroma, strong taste and sweet aftertaste.
