Abstract

The invention relates to a high temperature microwave reaction kettle combined device and a reaction method, belonging to a research on the field of hydrogenation optimization of biomass heat conversion products. A cooling water device of the combined device is communicated with a high-pressure reaction kettle device by means of a pipeline and forms a fluid loop; the high-pressure reaction kettledevice and a high temperature microwave reaction device are separately controlled by means of a control panel; an automatic control valve is arranged at the connecting part between the high-pressure reaction kettle device and the high temperature microwave reaction device; the automatic control valve is controlled to open and close by means of the control panel; therefore, a hydrogenation optimization reaction is realized. The high temperature microwave reaction kettle combined device automatically realizes two consecutive reactions of the hydrogenation optimization by automatically controlling the opening and closing of the valve, thus saving time and being simple and convenient to operate; by adjusting the opening and closing of different tees on a cooling water pipe, cooling at different locations can be realized according to the experimental needs, so that the combined device is flexible in operation and high in adaptability.
