Abstract

The invention provides a heat pump unit and a control method. The heat pump unit comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a four-way valve, a radiation heat exchange device, an indoor heat exchange device and a hot water device; the radiation heat exchange device is connected with the outdoor heat exchanger and the four-way valve; the indoor heat exchange device is connected with the outdoor heat exchanger and the four-way valve; and the hot water device is connected with the compressor and the four-way valve. The radiation heat exchange device is used for refrigerating or heating byrefrigerant circulation; the indoor heat exchange device is used for refrigerating or heating by refrigerant circulation; the hot water device is used for heating water through refrigerant circulation; and the radiation heat exchange device, the indoor heat exchange device and the hot water device can be operated and stopped selectively. One set of unit operation has realized refrigerating, heating and heating water, and different heat exchange devices all exchange heat through the refrigerant circulation, so that the efficiency is high, and the power consumption is little; and the radiationheat exchange device adopts the heat exchange mode of radiation, and comfort and commonality are high.
