The flash evaporator is characterized in that the flash evaporator further comprises a heating device for heating the internal volume, wherein the outlet of the heating device is communicated with the inlet liquid of the cooling oil line of the compressor, and the inlet of the heating device is communicated with the outlet liquid of the cooling oil line of the compressor. The flash evaporator utilizes the cooling oil line of the compressor as the heating device of the internal volume, and accordingly, an additional heat exchanger for the cooling oil line is omitted. The structure of the cooling system is simplified, and the heat is recycled, so that energy is saved. The invention further relates to a cooling system utilizing the flash evaporator.
