Current analysis alarm device for CVT secondary voltage test device

The invention discloses a current analysis alarm device for a CVT secondary voltage test device. The device comprises a relay, a current-to-voltage converter, a proportional operation circuit, a low-pass filter circuit, a voltage amplification circuit and a micro-processing chip, wherein a switch side of the relay is arranged between a secondary side of a CVT and a voltage testing device, an inputend of the current-to-voltage converter collects a current of the secondary side of the CVT, an output end of the current-to-voltage converter is electrically connected with an input end of the proportional operation circuit, an output end of the proportional operation circuit is electrically connected with an input end of the low-pass filter circuit, an output end of the low-pass filter circuitis electrically connected with an input end of the micro-processing chip, a first output end of the micro-processing chip is electrically connected with an input end of the voltage amplifying circuit,and an output end of the voltage amplifying circuit is electrically connected with a control end of the relay. The device is advantaged in that the current of a CVT acquisition end can be monitored,when the current exceeds a set threshold, a test loop is disconnected, and CVT equipment and a CVT voltage online monitoring device are effectively protected.
